Meet the 19year old that wants to be bastardly rich after earning her first 200k from ghostwriting.
"I also want to be bastardly rich, thank you. I want a princess lifestyle, and although I could marry a rich man and be done with it, I want my own money to speak. I want my parents to retire in style, and I want to be a rich aunty. na why I dey work like mad pesin. make una bring ghostwriting gigs o.” ~ Faizah.
Journaling With… is a "get to know" series of creative and innovative minds.

Scholar Fai. Rich aunty.
Tell us about yourself?
Well…let's see (I feel like I'm in primary school writing a composition about "myself". haew.) I am Faizah Adeola Adediran, and I go by the moniker Dynamo.
[disclaimer: I am a giant nerd.]
I am a 300lvl student of Lagos State University studying tiny biology a.k.a Microbiology. I write. I love to write. I write stories and poems, and I started my blog in November 2023 after years of procrastination.
One day, I'll finally start writing my first book (that day is not today). I am from Èrúwà, (not Ibadan), Oyo State, and yes, my Yoruba has an accent. I'm proud of it. I am learning UX Design because, well, I like making things work, things that will help people. I like food. honestly, food is amazing. I like art. I love art in all forms. stories, poems, paintings, pictures, music (guilty pleasure)...I love art. I'm an artist and all forms of art call to me. My absolute most favourite thing in the world to do is read. I love fantasy, and I love to immerse myself in the intricate new world that the author has created. I hope to write a fantasy book one day as well. I also love thrillers, suspense and mystery – books that make me think how and why, and books that make my heart pound. i can't say that I like non-fiction, but I'd rather watch a documentary on the topic than read a book about it. (I love documentaries too). I like coffee, I like tea. I like perfumes and I love pretty things – books, clothes, people. I love to travel. I want to travel the world, and i will, in sha Allah. I like car trips. When I do get a car, I'll drive around just for the sake of it.

Faizah's betrayal to her other favourite books after picking this as her number 1.
What are your accomplishments?
haaaa. eh, eh, ki ki skii. I'm a small girl. what have I done? **inserts laughing emoji** well, let's see. I created my blog, and I volunteered to be a secretary for the team that is organising a teenage public speaking and inspiration program. (shameless advertisement: ODE is coming!) I have also earned my first 200k. It is notable to mention that against all odds, I made it to 300lvl of that shege-ful course in that shegelicious school. I have tried. I deserve my flowers. send survival money.
Haha. How did you earn your first 200k? You can't be the only one chopping money.
Ghostwriting. i write for people without taking credit, and frankly, I don't care because those aren't really my brainchildren. my brainchild is still in the womb. My rate is pretty average in the ghostwriting industry, but I know that one day, me sef go become O.G. I just need to polish my skills, get some certificates, and create my portfolio. it will be over for you guys. just wait.
I will be here waiting, too. You mentioned earlier that you are a microbiology student. How did you find your way into writing?
I started writing before I found myself studying Microbiology. (I didn't pick the course. I found myself there. story for another day.) I have always been a writer. write, I mean, right from primary school, I wrote extraordinary compositions, and I started to write my first stories in Basic 6. I wish I could still find the old notebooks I used. I for don get bestseller.

Back to my story. By secondary school, you could call me something of a prodigy. I was writing stories and plays like Soyinka. I was even beating the Art students at their own game. When I didn't get admitted into a university after my first UTME, my aunt suggested that I consider studying English Language or something similar, but ndi Medicine and Surgery, I didn’t hear. oh well.
When I graduated secondary school, I still continued to write. I made a few uploads to my Facebook page and people suggested that I start to write for money. I didn't take it seriously sha, but then I met Sunshine McCiel (may God bless her for me) and she introduced me to someone. I made my first 5k from there even though I was being cheated severely. The whole thing sha snowballed from there. I met a community of amazing people through Sunshine, including people who introduced me to other people who offered to pay higher. I am forever grateful for the gift of men.
What's your take on the comparison of men and bear?
It is to the best of my knowledge that a bear is a wild animal that I can not negotiate with and will kill me without hesitation to feed itself and its cubs. a man...well, at least he can talk, and I can talk. We'll talk our way out of the situation unless he's a serial killer holding a knife. then I'll pick the bear. years of watching NatGeo Wild must have taught me something.

Peace! ✌️
What’s that unconventional thought you have about the world that you think people might not agree with?
I'm studying Microbiology, Rumaysah, not Philosophy. **inserts crying emoji.** Cooperation and harmony is easier than it seems. everyone is just selfish and overly suspicious of the other person. it's an extremely idyllic thought, but I can testify that it's true.
Lol. Define yourself in a sentence.
Again with the philosophy? **shakes head.**
I am a dynamic conservative who believes in hard work and soft life.
