Lost in my "Shadow" alone.

Peace. ✌️
Self-isolation has always been my way of finding solace. There are times when the weight of the world becomes overwhelming, and all I crave is some time alone. It's not that I don't appreciate the company of others, but there's a certain allure in disappearing from the world, if only for a little while.

Necessary.
The idea of disappearing holds a strange comfort for me. It's not about escaping from my problems, but rather about finding a peaceful haven where I can simply exist. In those moments, I yearn to tune out the noise around me and immerse myself in my own little world.
It's just a way of safeguarding my mental well-being and preserving my emotional balance. It allows me to reclaim a sense of tranquillity in a world that constantly demands our attention and bombards us with distractions.
When I go like that, I have the freedom to do things that bring me joy, whether it's reading a book, taking a leisurely stroll, getting lost in my favorite hobbies, or simply getting some much-needed rest without seeking validation or expectation. The absence of social obligations brings a certain liberation, as I can exist without seeking validation from others.

I just want to exist.
It's all about recognizing my own needs and establishing healthy boundaries, even if it means stepping away from the chaos of everyday life. It allows me to recharge, reflect, and emerge stronger than before.
Yes, I may *ghost * quite often, and I've learned to accept that it's not only okay but necessary for my mental and emotional well-being. It serves as a reminder that amidst the busyness of life, it's perfectly alright to hit the pause button and retreat into the comfort of solitude.
However, beneath this desire to vanish lies a deeper longing - not to be forgotten, but to be found. It's not a yearning to be invisible, but rather a craving to be sought after, understood, and accepted for who I truly am.
So, even though it may seem like I want to escape, what I truly desire is for someone to discover me, to rescue me from the darkness that has always surrounded me, and to guide me towards the light.
o see through my disappearance and reach out to me, to remind me that I am not alone in this world. In the end, it is not about running away, but about finding a way back to myself, to reconnect with my innermost thoughts and feelings.
In a world that constantly demands our attention and pulls us in a million different directions, self-isolation becomes a sanctuary where I can find peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. It's a way for me to recharge, reflect, and ultimately, to rediscover myself in the midst of chaos.
So, the next time I disappear, know that it's not a sign of weakness or a desire to be alone forever. It's simply a way for me to find solace, to nurture my soul, and to emerge stronger, more resilient, and more connected to the world around me.
